Limin International Group Co. Ltd ,a fast-growing company founded by returned scholars and their partners, is mainly engaged in R&D, production, and sales of bioactive proteins and clinical diagnostis reagents
Category: gene recombinant protein
Description: Neuraminidase (NRH, EC3.2.1.18) is the common name of acetyl neuroammonia hydrolase (sialidase). The enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of N- acetylneuraminic acid linked by alpha 2-3, alpha 2-6 and alpha 2-8 of glycoproteins and oligosaccharides.
Details
Neuraminidase (NRH, EC3.2.1.18) is commonly known as acetylneuraminidase (sialidase). The enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of N- acetylneuraminic acid linked by alpha 2-3, alpha 2-6 and alpha 2-8 of glycoproteins and oligosaccharides.
The neuraminidase gene of our company is a recombinant product. No animal derived virus product has high purity and good activity.
Biochemical studies: the concentration of sialic acid (SA) in the blood has been used as an important indicator for the monitoring of the existence and development of malignant tumors, and has been widely used in the diagnosis and monitoring of various tumors (such as lung cancer, gastric cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, ovarian cancer, etc.). NRH is a very important enzyme in sialidase detection kit, which is of great importance and significance as the first enzyme to start the chemical reaction of the whole kit.
